Q: What browser should I be using to access the venue?

A: The digital venue works best in the most up to date version of Google Chrome. If Google Chrome doesn’t work, try using Firefox! Safari and Microsoft Edge are not recommended.

Q: Do I need a headset to talk and interact within the venue?

A: No - you do not need a headset to talk/interact within the digital space. Phantasii is compatible with your phone or computer as long as you have internet access! Voice chat and text chat are available with all options-- computer, phone, or VR headset. Please be aware that using the text chat will address everyone in the space.

Q: What are all the devices that Phantasii works on?

  1. Mobile - the digital space is available on mobile. The link would need to be opened and utilized in your Google Chrome (or Firefox) web browser.

  2. Desktop/Laptop - the digital space is optimized for desktop/laptops. This is the preferred method to view the venue and receive the full experience of the space. The link would need to be opened and utilized in the Google Chrome (or Firefox) web browser.

  3. VR Headset - the digital space is available in VR for VR Headsets to access. Like the Desktop/Laptop option, this is one of the preferred methods to view and experience the space. The link would need to be opened and utilized in the Google Chrome (or Firefox) web browser.

A: The venue was created by our amazing team and partner at REM5 STUDIOS (Rem5 Virtual Reality Laboratory).

Q: I want to host a show in the venue - how do I contact you?

A: We love having guest promoters host events in Phantasii! Submit a request below to get in touch with us about hosting your own event in Phantasii!
